All videos dont play all the way thru

The interface is straight forward and easy to use. The main problem is the video lessons only play a segment of the duration of each video which makes it impossible to learn anything at all since the get cut short. I truly hope this gets updated and addressed pretty soon because Im going to be really upset given the price I paid.
